Stonebridge at Burlington is thoughtfully designed to blend a supportive physical environment, complete with the state of the art technology, with innovative social programming. This new community is described by professionals as a “cutting edge” and “innovative” assisted living community.  Highlights of the design include: comfortable studio, one- and two bedroom apartments, landscaped courtyards, full-service spa, café, theatre and a pub/lounge. Signature programs such as Eat Fresh/Eat LocalSM, Senior GreenSM, and the Brain GymSM will enhance the daily experience of the residents.

“Stonebridge at Burlington will be like no other assisted living community north of Boston,” says Wendy Nowokunski of the Northbridge Companies. “Not only will our physical design and programming components set us apart, but our company’s proven track record of providing exceptional personal care services by a trained and skilled staff will as well.”

Situated on nearly 9 acres of undeveloped land across from Network Drive and convenient to major highways, Stonebridge at Burlington will be the fifth assisted living community owned and operated by Northbridge.  Sister communities are: Stafford Hill Assisted Living in Plymouth, MA; Autumn Glen at Dartmouth in N. Dartmouth, MA; Bayberry at Emerald Court in Tewksbury, MA, and Avita of Needham in Needham, MA.
