Martin’s Point Health Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health for our outpatient practice in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. We are a not-for-profit, innovative, physician-led organization that is a leader in outpatient Primary Care in northern New England. This provider will conduct psychosocial assessments, make diagnoses, and provide treatment to individuals or groups with psychiatric problems. This position provides direct and indirect mental health care to select patients and families in a variety of practice settings. The scope of practice encompasses the development and recording of a plan for medical and nursing care in collaboration with the patient/family, the physician, and in coordination with appropriate staff and community resources for both chronic and episodic illnesses.

Must have a New Hampshire license, at least two years experience, and be certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. We seek providers who are good communicators with solid computer skills.
